Double Bathroom Remodel

We had the pleasure of working with our client on this bathroom renovation at Carrera Lane in Lake Oswego. The project was designed to make the bathtub and shower safer and easier to use while creating a clean, modern space that the client could enjoy with greater comfort and confidence.

We rebuilt the shower wall assembly using HardieBacker cement board and applied a RedGard waterproofing membrane to create a properly sealed surface behind the new tile. The tile was then installed using high-performance thin-set mortar and finished with grout for a durable, water-resistant result.

To improve safety and everyday usability, we installed sturdy safety grab bars and upgraded the bathroom lighting for better visibility. We also constructed two recessed shower niches, providing convenient storage without taking up additional space inside the shower.

The showerheads and associated piping were updated to improve both appearance and functionality. The completed renovation combines enhanced safety, dependable waterproofing, convenient features, and a polished tile finish tailored to the client’s needs.
