Double Deck Restoration

We had the pleasure of restoring two outdoor decks on this beautiful property. Years of exposure to moisture, moss, and the surrounding natural elements had caused sections of the decking to deteriorate, creating slippery and unsafe walking surfaces.

Our team carefully removed the rotted and severely damaged deck boards while evaluating the underlying structure for areas requiring attention. The deteriorated material was replaced with premium-grade cedar decking, selected for its natural beauty, durability, and ability to complement the wooded setting of the property.

On the second deck, we also constructed a convenient access panel that allows the piping beneath the deck to be reached more easily. This provides practical access for future inspections, maintenance, or repairs without requiring the deck boards to be removed.

The completed restoration improved the safety, appearance, and functionality of both outdoor spaces. The new cedar boards brought warmth and character back to the decks while providing the property with a stronger and more dependable walking surface.
